Overview
Dehydration dewatering screen is a machine specifically designed to separate liquids from solid-liquid mixtures, typically used to process materials containing a large amount of moisture. Working principle
1. The working principle of dehydration screen is mainly to separate the moisture in the water containing material through the mechanism of vibration screening, thereby achieving the dehydration effect.
2. Dehydration screen vibrates the screen surface through a vibration mechanism, and the material is fed into the screen surface through the feeding port. Under the action of vibration, the material forms a layer of particle accumulation on the screen surface. Larger particles are blocked above the screen surface, forming a slurry layer, while smaller particles enter the bottom of the screen through the screen holes. The water is gradually discharged through the filtering medium to achieve the dehydration effect
