Structure
1.Tank: a sealed container used to hold liquids or slurries to be processed.
2.Rake frame: A rake frame fixed at the center of the concentration tank, used to scrape and collect sediment.
3.Transmission device: usually composed of a motor and a reducer, it drives the rake frame to rotate.
4.Lifting device for rake frame: When the torque is too high, the rake frame can be manually or electrically lifted to prevent equipment damage.
5.Feeding device: Feed the raw materials into the concentration tank.
6.Unloading device: discharge the processed material.
7.Signal safety device: ensuring the safe operation of equipment

Working principle
1. Central transmission thickener is to uniformly rotate the liquid or slurry in the container through the central transmission device, and to separate the volatile components such as solvents and water in the liquid through heating and vacuum extraction, thereby achieving liquid concentration.
2. During the operation, the sludge is collected by a scraper into the central collection tank through deceleration drive and transmission of suspended components, and discharged outside the tank by static water pressure or pump. Adopting middle water inlet and sludge discharge, and surrounding drainage to ensure uniform water flow.
3. Self suction sludge discharge using liquid level difference, equipped with floating slag scraping and removal device and overload protection device
