  • Overview

    Paste deep cone thickener is a new product in the process of solid-liquid separation. Our company GSZ type deep cone thickener is a high-density concentration and clarification equipment that integrates the advantages of similar international equipment and advanced technology, research and production. 

    Paste deep cone thickener can obtain high underflow concentration (in the form of paste), with small investment, small footprint, high concentration efficiency and good overflow water quality

    Application:

    Used for:Mine metal and non-metallic mineral processing pulp slurry , slime pulp, sand washing sewage etc.

    Structure:

    1.Main body: A vertical cylindrical tank.

    2.Conical tank: a smaller conical portion whose slope determines the concentration effect of the device.

    3.Transmission: controls the rotational speed of the vertebral body.

    4.Overflow port: used for discharging treated light phase liquids.

    5.Circulating pipeline: used for recovering heavy phase liquids.

    6.Mixing device: prevents the adhesion of heavy phase liquids on the inner wall of the vertebral body

  • Working principle

    The working principle mainly consists of two steps:

    1.Suspension introduction and stirring:

    Introduce the suspension to be treated into the vertebral body, and gradually deposit the solid particles in the suspension at the bottom of the vertebral body through the stirring effect of the stirring device.

    2.Gravity settling and liquid discharge:

    By reducing the rotational speed of the vertebral body, the deposited solid material gradually forms a settling layer, while the light phase liquid is discharged through the overflow port, achieving the separation of solid and liquid‌
