Overview
Mining dryer is a kind of dryer suitable for all kinds of mineral ore,mainly used in metallurgical, mining, chemical and other industries. Working principle
The commonly used drying method for mineral dryers is through heat transfer.
Mineral materials containing moisture enter the dryer drum through a conveyor and are dispersed in the drum.
With the action of the lifting plate device, the contact area between minerals and high-temperature hot air is increased, causing the moisture content of mineral materials to continuously decrease until the dried material is discharged from the discharge port, achieving the entire process of mineral drying.
There are various options for the heat source in the heat transfer drying process, such as coal, natural gas, biomass pellets, fuel oil, and more.
