Overview
Refuse derived fuel RDF dryer mainly used for drying garbage with high humidity to reduce its moisture content. This step is crucial for improving the combustion efficiency and stability of RDF.
Technical requirements:
The dryer needs to have an efficient heat transfer system and a precise temperature control system , in ore to ensure that the garbage can be evenly and quickly dried. Meanwhile, its emissions also need to comply with environmental standards.
Drying effect:
The moisture content of the garbage processed is greatly reduced, which helps to improve the combustion efficiency and calorific value of RDF.

Working principle
Working principle mainly includes 4 steps:
1.Heating system start-up:
RDF dryers are usually equipped with heating systems, such as gas burners. When the dryer is started, the heating system starts working and generates heat.
2. Hot air circulation:
While the heating system generates heat, the fan inside the dryer starts working, blowing hot air into the drying room. These hot air come into contact with the material, transferring heat to the material and causing the moisture in the material to begin evaporating.
3. Moisture evaporation and exhaust:
With the heating effect of hot air, the moisture in the material gradually evaporates into water vapor. After mixing with hot air, these water vapor are discharged outside the dryer through its exhaust system. The exhaust system usually includes components such as exhaust pipes and fans, which are responsible for discharging exhaust gas containing water vapor out of the dryer and maintaining a dry environment inside the dryer
4. Intelligent control system:
Modern RDF dryers are usually equipped with intelligent control systems that can automatically adjust parameters such as heating temperature, wind speed, and drying time based on the characteristics of the material and drying requirements. These control systems monitor the internal status of the dryer through sensors and control the operation of the dryer based on preset programs or user set parameters.
