Overview
Sand dryer (also known as river sand dryer or yellow sand dryer) is mainly used for dewatering and drying various specifications of molding sand Widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, casting, wall insulation, etc.

Working principle
1.Composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters. The inner and middle cylinders are surrounded by the outer cylinder to form an insulation system. The heat emitted from the surfaces of the inner and middle cylinders participates in the heat exchange of the materials in the outer layer of the cylinder, while the outer cylinder is located at the low-temperature end of the hot air flow. Therefore, the heat dissipation area and thermal energy loss of the cylinder are significantly reduced.
2.The three tube dryer can fully utilize waste heat, reduce heat loss, increase heat exchange area, and greatly improve the evaporation intensity per unit volume of the dryer, thereby effectively improving the thermal energy utilization rate and achieving a significant increase in thermal efficiency.
