Working principle
Working principle:Based on the physical cleaning method, the dust and impurities attached to the surface of the ore are removed through the rotation of the robotic arm and brush, assisted by high-pressure water flow.
1. After the equipment is started, the ore is vigorously wiped in the drum or tank to achieve a thorough cleaning effect.
2. Specifically, the ore enters the scrubbing machine chamber through the feeding pipeline, and under the stirring effect of the impeller, the slurry generates intense turbulence. The mineral particles rub and collide with each other, and the impurity film wrapped on the surface of the mineral particles is easily peeled off due to its low strength.
3. At the same time, the cement on the mineral surface will loosen and disintegrate after being soaked in water and then subjected to strong friction and collision between mineral particles, thus achieving the separation of clay and mineral particles
