Overview
Rotary drum scrubber, also known as cylindrical washing machine, sieve screen machine.
Structure:
It mainly consists of a closed ore washing cylinder and a double-layer drum screen connected to the end of the cylinder.
The cylinder is supported horizontally by four rollers on two steel rings outside the cylinder.
The rotation is driven by a small gear through the gear ring in the middle of the cylinder.
A lining plate is longitudinally installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, and there are ribs on the lining plate.
The reinforcing bars are arranged in a spiral pattern, with the pitch gradually increasing towards one end of the sieve, used to stir and push the material out.

Working principle
Rotary drum scrubber screen mainly consists of a closed ore washing cylinder and a double-layer drum screen connected to the end of the cylinder. The cylinder is supported horizontally by four rollers on two steel rings outside the cylinder. The rotation is driven by a small gear through the gear ring in the middle of the cylinder. A lining plate is longitudinally installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, and there are ribs on the lining plate. The ore, along with the feed water, is fed into the cylinder through one end of the feed inlet. It undergoes immersion in water and mutual impact and friction during rotation, causing the clay and ore blocks to dissociate. Introduce high-pressure water from the discharge end of the drum screen and flow in the opposite direction to the ore block. The washed clay and fine particles are discharged from the feeding end with overflow. The block and granular materials are lifted by the lifting wheel at the end of the cylinder and unloaded onto the double-layer conical cylinder screen. Add rinsing water to the double-layer sieve as well. The conical drum sieve rotates together with the cylinder, dividing the material into three particle sizes: coarse, medium, and fine. Combine fine-grained and ore washing overflow.
