Overview
Screw sand washer divided into two types: single spiral sand washing machine and double spiral sand washing machine. Mainly used for washing, grading, and impurity removal in industries such as highways, hydropower, and construction, as well as for washing and selecting fine-grained and coarse-grained materials.
Spiral sand washing machine mainly composed of spiral blades, cleaning tank, and driving device.

Working principle
1. Spiral device inside the washer is used to stir sand and gravel, causing material to roll and stir in the water, achieving the purpose of cleaning and grading.
2. Specifically: spiral sand washing machine needs to be arranged obliquely. The spiral blades push the sand and gravel in the cleaning tank, mixing them with water. Through the action of the spiral device, the water and impurities in the sand and gravel are discharged from the equipment outlet, while the sand and gravel are discharged from the other end, achieving the effect of cleaning and screening
