Overview
Stone soil roller screen (also called stone mud separator ) plays an important role in material classification, which is a common screening equipment.
Application
Mainly used for separation operations of high humidity and high viscosity materials. Can be used for coarse and fine materials such as mining stone, mining ore, mud stone, soil rock, sand gravel, large and small stones, coal, construction waste, and stale waste.
Structure
Stone soil roller screen includes box, lining plate, disc, transmission shaft, reducer, motor, etc.
The box is welded from Q345 steel plate, which has high strength and rigidity.
The lining plate is made of wear-resistant manganese plate, which is easy to replace.
The disc is made of thickened high manganese material, which is sturdy and wear-resistant.
The reducer is used to control the speed of the rollers, ensuring uniform distribution and efficient separation of materials on the screen surface.

Working principle
The working principle of a soil stone roller screen is to separate soil and stones by the rotation of the rollers.
1. The soil roller screen is mainly composed of multiple rollers, with discs installed on the rollers.
2. After the equipment is started, the mud and rock mixture enters the equipment through the chain plate conveyor.
3. The motor drives the roller to rotate, and the roller drives the disc to rotate, causing the material on the screen surface to move forward accordingly.
Stone and large material are moved towards one end by the roller belt and discharged from the end;
Soil and small particles smaller than the roller gap are discharged from the bottom of the equipment,and transported out through a belt conveyor.
