Overview
The motion trajectory of three axis vibrating screen is circular, and it performs circular motion. It is a multi-layer, high-efficiency new type of vibrating screen. It is specifically designed for screening stone materials in quarries, and can also be used for product grading in mining, coal preparation, beneficiation, building materials, power and chemical departments. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, durability, easy maintenance, and safe use.
It consists of a screening box, screen mesh, vibrator, and vibration reducing spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by an electric motor through a coupling, generating centrifugal inertia force that forces the screen box to vibrate.

Working principle
Working by utilizing the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by oscillator excitation.
The upper rotating weight of the oscillator produces a planar rotational vibration on the screen surface, while the lower rotating weight produces a conical rotational vibration on the screen surface.
The combined effect of these forces causes the screen surface to produce a complex rotational vibration. Its vibration trajectory is a complex spatial curve.
The curve is projected as a circle in the horizontal plane and an ellipse in the vertical plane.
Adjusting the excitation force of the up and down rotating heavy hammer can change the amplitude.
By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower hammers, the curve shape of the three-axis horizontal sieve surface motion trajectory can be changed and the motion trajectory of the material on the sieve surface can be altered

The three-axis structure synchronized with the three-axis horizontal screen forms an elliptical motion trajectory, which can generate strong vibration force and increase the screening capacity.

The side plate of the three-axis horizontal screen is folded and fixed with high-strength bolts to the frame beam and support seat; The vibration angle and amplitude of the vibrating screen can be adjusted to ensure higher screening efficiency.

The three-axis horizontal screen adopts vibration damping technology to avoid lateral shaking caused by resonance during startup and shutdown. The vibration spring adopts composite rubber spring, which vibrates smoothly and has low noise.
4. Optional bearing lubrication methods:
The lubrication method for the three-axis horizontal screen bearings can be either grease lubrication or automatic lubrication with a thin oil bath. Automatic lubrication is convenient and fast, saving manpower.
