  • Overview

    Wheel bucket sand washing and recycling integrated machine is a device that combines sand washing and recycling functions, mainly used for cleaning and recycling impurities and moisture in sand and gravel.

  • Working principle

    1. Wheel bucket sand washing machine working principle :

    1.1 Motor drive: 

    The motor drives the impeller to slowly rotate after being reduced by a V-belt, reducer, and gear. This design ensures that the impeller can work stably and effectively in the washing tank.

    1.2 Sand and gravel cleaning: 

    Sand and gravel enter the washing tank through the feeding trough, roll and grind each other under the drive of the impeller, thereby removing impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel. At the same time, the rotation of the impeller destroys the water vapor layer on the surface of the sand particles, which helps with dehydration.

    1.3 Water washing process: 

    During the rotation of the impeller, a large amount of water is added to form a strong water flow, which promptly carries away impurities and foreign objects with low specific gravity, and discharges them from the overflow outlet to complete the cleaning function.

    1.4 Dehydration recovery: 

    The cleaned sand and gravel are carried away by the blades and discharged through the discharge chute. The cleaned sand and gravel can be directly used for construction or other purposes, while the wastewater generated during the cleaning process can be further treated through a dewatering screen to achieve the recycling and utilization of water resources

    2. Recycling machine working principle :

    2.1 The sand water mixture enters the dewatering screen surface:

    The mixture is subjected to reverse motion through a dual shaker, and filtered and screened using a sieve plate to dehydrate the mud and dust water, thereby removing a large amount of moisture from the sand.

    2.2 Separation of Mud and Dust Water:

    By the reverse motion of the dual exciter, the mud and dust water are separated, further reducing the moisture content in the sand.

    2.3 Fine sand recycling: 

    The fine sand recycling system can recover 85% of the fine particulate materials in the total emissions, reducing the natural stacking time of fine materials and improving recycling efficiency.
