Overview
Coal dryer mainly consists of a heat source, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a rotary drum, a belt discharge machine, a induced draft fan, an unloader, and a distribution cabinet.
Downstream drying fully realizes heat exchange and conversion, improves drying efficiency and heat utilization, and reduces exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas dust emission concentration. The system can be controlled by an intelligent automation system, with a single coal slurry processing capacity of 200-2500 tons per day; The moisture content can be reduced from 30% to 8%; The low-level calorific value of coal slurry can be increased by 1000-1500Kcal. The diameter of the drying drum ranges from 1.9 meters to 3.4 meters, and the length ranges from 15 meters to 30 meters.

Working principle
The working principle of this equipment is as follows: Due to its viscosity, wet coal slurry enters the drying drum and is divided into the following working areas:
1.Guide area, where wet coal slurry comes into contact with high-temperature hot air and rapidly evaporates water. The material, under the action of the guide plate with a large guide angle, cannot form a bond and is then directed into the next working area;
2. Sweep up the cleaning area, where the wet coal slurry is swept up by the sweeping board to form a material curtain state. When the material falls, it is easy to form a bonding roller wall phenomenon. In this area, due to the design of the equipment with a cleaning device, the cleaning device effectively cleans the material adhered to the inner wall. During this process, the cleaning device also breaks down the material clumps, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate;
3. Inclined lifting plate area, where the wet coal slurry is already in a low moisture and loose state, and the material no longer has any bonding phenomenon. After sufficient heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharge area;
4. Discharge area, where the drum does not have a feeding plate and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port, completing the entire drying process.
