Overview
Potato residue dryer usually adopts hot air circulation drying method. The processed potato residue enters the dryer through a conveyor, and the hot air circulation system inside the dryer transfers heat to the potato residue, gradually reducing its moisture content.
The moisture content of potato residue will gradually decrease until it reaches the desired dryness level.

Working principle
1. The process of potato residue dryer is as follows: the material with 80-85% moisture first passes through a dedicated dehydrator, and the moisture is removed to about 68%
2. The potato residue is fed into the mixing drum dryer by a screw conveyor to achieve downstream drying. The potato residue is continuously picked up and scattered under the plate, and moves forward in a spiral motion. The built-in mixing blade device fully stirs, disperses, and crushes the material, fully expanding the heat exchange area between the material and the hot air. The material and the hot air exchange heat, and the moisture quickly evaporates and vaporizes, reaching about 35%, completing the drum drying process
3. Discharged by the screw conveyor, it enters the semi wet material special crusher, where the particle size of the crushed material is below 1mm. It then enters the pulse and air flow drying process, where the material quickly drops to below 12%. (It can avoid the occurrence of gelatinization and saccharification of materials during the drying process, which can cause the appearance color of the materials to turn black)
4. The dry material powder is recovered by a cyclone unloader and a pulse bag filter, and the exhaust gas is discharged to meet the standard, completing the entire drying process.
5. There is a vibration cleaning device installed inside the drum to prevent materials from sticking to the drum wall.
