Overview
Sludge dryer mainly uses a closed hot air circulation process to dry sludge at high temperatures, effectively improving drying efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Working principle
1.The sludge enters the guide plate inside the dryer through the chute of the feeder.
2.As the cylinder rotates, the sludge is guided to the inclined lifting plate and lifted to the center of the cylinder, gradually falling to form a material curtain.
3.High temperature airflow or boiler exhaust passes through it, preheating the sludge and evaporating some of the water.
4.When the material spills and moves onto the movable grate wing, it mixes with the preheated grate wing, transferring heat to the material and causing some moisture to evaporate.
5.At the same time, the cleaning device buried in the material also slides down along the inner side of the arc-shaped lifting plate to clean the material adhered to the inner wall of the lifting plate.
6.After the cleaning device rotates along the vertical line with the cylinder, it is dragged on the back of the circular arc lifting plate to clean the material adhered to the outer wall of the lifting plate.
7.As the cylinder continues to rotate, some of the water evaporates and the sludge is further dried.
8.At the same time, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking the sludge balls, improving the drying speed.
9.After the sludge is dried, it becomes a loose material with low moisture content, and the dried material slides to the discharge box to complete the entire drying process.
