1. After receiving our roller screen, the roller screen should be counted according to the accompanying shipping list to ensure that they are intact and undamaged;

2. Experienced personnel must be arranged to operate the on-site lifting of Roller screen. Unauthorized lifting can easily lead to accidents. People are prohibited from standing under the machine and in non safe areas;

3. The separation equipment must be placed on a flat and compacted foundation for operation;

4. The thickness of the configured cables must be determined according to the on-site conditions, such as the size of the motor, distance from the transformer, and transformer size. It should be configured by power professionals as needed and should not be too thin;

5. Distribution cabinets, starter cabinets, and cables must be configured and assembled by professionals, grounded, and equipped with leakage protection switches;

6. After the equipment is assembled according to the requirements, it should be firmly fixed, ensuring that all screws are tightened, lubricating oil is added, electrical appliances are complete and error free, and no iron or tools are missing inside the machine;

7. When operating the starter cabinet, it is necessary to consult the starter cabinet provider to ensure no-load start-up. Gradually check the start-up according to the working sequence. After fully starting and opening, confirm that there are no abnormalities before slowly trial feeding until normal operation is carried out; If the start cannot be turned on, do not keep pressing the start button, as it may damage the motor or starter cabinet;

8. When working, unrelated personnel should stay away from the machine, not observe from the upper part of the machine, and not perform any operation on the machine or motor;

9. At the end of each shift, the machines should be inspected, any problems should be reported and repaired in a timely manner, and lubricating oil should be added as required;

10. It is strictly prohibited to enter iron objects inside the machine and to continue working in abnormal situations;

11. During maintenance, the machine must be shut down, the power must be completely turned off, and after the maintenance is completed, personnel must leave the machine before starting and operating as required;

12. Strictly control the particle size of the incoming material, and ensure that the height of the mineral material falling onto the machine working face does not exceed 80CM, in order to reduce the impact force of the material on the core components;

13. The front of the mobile device can only be connected to a dedicated trailer, and the driving speed should be below 30km/h. Long distance driving is not allowed on uneven roads, and it is not recommended to drive on bumpy roads;

14. When operating mobile devices, the tires need to be suspended, the bottom legs need to be fully supported, firmly fixed, and if necessary, the bottom can be reinforced;

15. It must be started with no load, and the last machine in the workflow must be started first, then gradually started in reverse order. When stopping, the order should be reversed to ensure that the materials inside the machine are emptied;

16. It is recommended to configure a variable frequency starter cabinet for this machine. When using the machine, the machine speed can be adjusted according to the actual separation effect. It is recommended to first adjust the speed to the highest, and then adjust it from high to low according to the actual situation until the ideal state is reached;
