Overview
Paste stone log washer is a machine used for cleaning and screening stone materials, Suitable for removing impurities (such as dust) from sand and gravel products, especially suitable for high-grade and high standard construction industries, such as large interchange bridge piers, bridge decks, railways, highway tunnels, and high-rise buildings.
Structure
Mainly composed of an electric motor, a reducer, spiral blades, and a cleaning tank
Operation process
1. Starting the electric motor:
The electric motor drives the reducer, which in turn drives the spiral to rotate.
2. Stone pushing:
Spiral blades push stones in the sedimentation tank to separate them from water and soil.
3. Cleaning water injection:
Cleaning water is fed from the bottom of the sedimentation tank to further clean the stones.
4. Grading and dehydration:
By using spiral propulsion and water flushing, the grading and dehydration of stones are achieved

Working principle
Paste stone log washer drives the reducer with an electric motor, causing the spiral to rotate and the spiral head to sink into the sedimentation tank, which is located at the lower part of the inclined water tank.
The cleaning water is fed from the bottom of the sedimentation tank, and the stones are pushed in a spiral to separate them from the water and soil, thereby achieving the effects of cleaning, dehydration, and grading.
