- Overview- Ceramic disc vacuum filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment that uses vacuum as the filtering power. It has the advantages of efficient filtering, simple operation, and easy maintenance. Widely used in mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, wastewater treatment and other fields. - It consists of multiple filter disks mounted on a horizontal hollow shaft, each disk being divided into several small fan-shaped filter blades, each fan-shaped filter blade forming a filter chamber. - Machine parts: - 1. Body: The framework of the device. - 2. Drive system: including motor, reducer, and open gear, used to drive the rotation of the filter disc - 3. Filter disk: the core component of the equipment, composed of multiple disks, with filter cloth installed between the disks - 4. Filter cloth: used to intercept solid particles. - 5. Filtrate collection system: Collect filtrate. - 6. Vacuum system: Provide necessary vacuum pressure difference.

             Working principleThe working principle is to use a vacuum system to create a pressure difference on the filter disc, so that solid particles in the liquid are intercepted by the filter cloth, and the liquid flows out through the filter cloth, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. The specific process is as follows: 1.Filtering process: Inject the liquid to be filtered into the filter disc. In the adsorption zone, a vacuum pump forms a pressure difference on both sides of the filter medium. The liquid is filtered through the filter cloth, and solid particles are intercepted by the filter cloth, forming a filter cake. 2.Dehydration process: After this part of the filter disk separates from the slurry and enters the dehydration zone, the filter cake continues to remove water under the suction force of vacuum. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is discharged through the filtrate tube and distribution head. 3.Unloading process: The filter cake is unloaded in the unloading area by a reverse air blower and falls into the discharge chute. The entire homework process is carried out in a continuous loop.
