Wheel sand washing machine operation manual installation

1、 Application:

Wheel sand washing machine is used in the sand making process to clean the soil, dust, etc. in the sand, achieving the goal of clean sand. 

2、 Working principle

The machine consists of a transmission system, wheel bucket, frame, etc. The motor is connected to a small gear through a reducer and coupling, and the small gear drives the large gear, thereby driving the wheel bucket to rotate. The wheel bucket extracts the cleaned sand from the sand washing tank and transports it to the material yard through a belt conveyor.

3、 Lubrication

Two bearing seats and reducer need lubricant.

Two bearing seats need add oil before working.

Reducer lubrication check the the gearbox manual.

4、 Installation, commissioning, and trial operation

⑴ Installation

During installation, the main shaft should be used as the reference for leveling. 

If the equipment is transported in pieces and assembled on site, the final assembly drawing should be followed to ensure the accuracy of gear meshing and the relative position accuracy of the coupling.

⑵ Test drive

Before conducting an empty test drive, it is necessary to check the fastening condition of each part and the lubrication condition of the lubrication points. 

There should be no jamming during one manual cycle, and the rotation should be flexible. 

The empty test drive should be no less than 4 hours, and the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 35 ° C. 

Please refer to the gearbox manual for the condition of the gearbox.

Before the load test, the inspection items should be checked according to the empty vehicle test. 

The load test should be gradually loaded, and the test time should not be less than 4 hours. 

The temperature rise of the bearing during the load test should not exceed 55 ° C.

5、Points for attention

1. Check the tightening of bolts on each component before class, and if there is any looseness, immediately stop and tighten them;

2. It is strictly prohibited to reverse;

3. The equipment must be started with no load;

4. Overloading work is strictly prohibited;

5. Pay attention to lubricating the bearings before class;

6. After the equipment in the previous process stops, the machine can only be stopped after lifting the sand.
